Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an experienced customer services person to join our small dynamic team. Supporting two small businesses that supply a huge range of customers from large supermarkets to cafes and convenience stores, this role will involve keying orders from a variety of sources, keeping our accounts receivable up to date by contacting customers with outstanding accounts by phone and answering general customer queries.
You will have a positive phone manner, work well within a small team and be professional over written communication.
We offer a supportive fun team in a fast paced and varied work environment overseen by a very involved owner.
Our office is based in Sydenham with an attached warehouse and commercial kitchen. Staff parking is available onsite.
