Customer Service (Part-Time)

About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual with outstanding customer service skills to join our busy clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, working within a supportive team of veterinarians, nurses, and customer service professionals to deliver a high standard of veterinary care. This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships


• Managing appointment scheduling and handling phone bookings/enquiries


• Retail sales, stock control, and banking


• Maintaining accurate patient records using ezyVet

About You
You thrive on challenge, demonstrate strong initiative, and excel in organisation. You’re also flexible, available to work weekends and weekdays, and willing to provide additional cover when needed. While an animal care background is a plus, these qualities are most important:

• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
