Customer Service (part-time)

About the Role

Our customer service team is the first point of contact for our clients, so your welcoming manner and attention to detail will help shape their experience. You’ll be part of a large, supportive group of veterinarians, nurses, and customer service professionals committed to providing a very high standard of veterinary care.

Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, your responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries


• Handling stock (unpacking orders and restocking shelves)


• Managing retail sales and product advice

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, organised, and committed to outstanding service. While an animal care background is a bonus, we’re primarily looking for someone who demonstrates:

• A warm, friendly, and caring approach to clients and colleagues


• The ability to work well under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively


• Excellent communication skills


• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility is key: we need team members available to work weekends and weekdays, with the ability to cover leave and absences when needed.
