TRU Group Ltd was established in 2008, with a background of being traffic management specialist. TRU Group Ltd provide innovative problem solving within the traffic management industry that covers equipment hire, custom engineering/ truck builds and traffic management delivery team. 

TRU Group Ltd is 100% New Zealand owned. Dedicated to being leading providers of Traffic Management and ensuring our people have a great working environment to be successful. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Data operator/ receptionist to be the vibrant face of Tru Group and support our Admin Team. 

This is a new role that has been created to assist and support the expansion of Tru Group.

In this role you will have

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Structured with prioritising and completing daily tasks 
• Methodical when conducting and completing data entry tasks
• Previous administration skills, keyboard and data entry skills
• Have a positive, friendly, proactive nature and great attention to detail
• Proven customer relationships
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Enthusiastic and accepting of learning new tasks and skills

This role is permanent, part-time with 20 hours per week across 5 days Monday to Friday (flexible start time)
