Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated dental assistant/ receptionist to join our growing team. As a dental assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our dental practice and helping our patients achieve optimal oral health. Our ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the dentist during procedures, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and materials, taking impressions and scans, and managing patient comfort.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
• Maintaining the Infection control 
• Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
• Follow up with patients where require
• Perform reception and clerical duties; order dental and office supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is essential. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with dental software and technology preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Demonstrated reliability and timekeeping.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure.
