How you’ll make an impact

As a Dental Assistant at Lumino InCity Rotorua, you’ll support our experienced clinical team in delivering a high standard of patient care across a variety of treatments. Your work helps ensure each appointment runs smoothly, efficiently, and comfortably for every patient.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing treatment rooms and assisting chairside during procedures
• Maintaining top-tier infection control standards and sterilising instruments
• Managing stock and clinical supplies
• Contributing to the warm, welcoming atmosphere our patients know and love

You’ll work in a close-knit team environment where collaboration, professionalism, and positivity are part of every day.

Hours:

• Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Your experience and approach

Your attitude matters most! We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• A great communicator with a friendly and professional manner
• Confident in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team
• Comfortable using computers and quick to pick up new systems

While previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred, it’s not essential — we’re happy to provide full training for the right person. A background in customer service or reception is also a plus!
