Mō te tūranga | About the opportunity

We are looking for an Experienced Duty Manager with Bar Licence to join our Team. This is a Full Time Role. The ideal candidate must be able to work in the weekends and nights. Must have a LCQ certificate, current Managers certificate.

Along with consistently brewing the best coffee , you thrive in a sole-charge environment, and enjoy enriching the lives of our residents. You'll also be responsible for: 

• Ensuring all customers have a great experience 
• FOH service and cash handling
• Prepping and serving cabinet food 
• Ordering supplies as required
• Set up and pack down each shift
• Maintaining our cafe cleaning, safety, and hygiene standards

We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.

• Cafe/Barista Experience
• Be able to work in the weekends
• Interacting with elderly people
• Have a positive can do attitude
• Performing to a high standard with diligence and care
• Working within a team where we respect our residents and each other
• Honesty and integrity
• High energy, physical fitness, and enthusiasm
• Good customer service, organisation, and problem-solving
• Relevant Bar experience
• Current Managers Certificate

Nga Tohu me nga wheako | Qualifications and Experience

• NZQF Diploma, or at least three years of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details

• $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
