Job Description - DX Delivery Coordinator

What you’ll do:

Assist in organising and facilitating standups

Assist in iteration and sprint planning, aiding in the estimation of tasks and ensuring JIRA is updated with accurate briefs and estimation.

Assist in monitoring and anticipating demand for all Digital Experience teams through backlog grooming. • Coordinate sprint review meetings, retrospectives and pulse surveys capturing feedback, noting action items for future sprints and following up on the action items until completed.

Assist with JIRA board administration, ensuring that cards are up to date and tools like JIRA are working well.

Arrange meetings with stakeholders for monthly, quarterly and annual work planning.

Assist with measurement and reporting and the analysis of JIRA burndown and velocity charts and other planning tools and communicating status to Momentum Tribes and relevant stakeholders.

Assist in identifying and eliminating blockers through process and workflow improvements.

What you’ll bring:

University degree in Management or Business or related discipline or equivalent industry experience.

A minimum 1 year of experience with agile ways of working.

Proven delivery track record.

Experience in Financial Service Industry.
