Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our customer database, ensuring regular and effective communication with our valued customers. Your goal will be to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales through compelling email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Management: Analyze and manage our customer database (Shopify and Klaviyo), segmenting different audiences for targeted email marketing.
• Campaign Development: Develop engaging email campaigns using existing content and innovative strategies to captivate both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with our customer base to improve loyalty and retention.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance, derive insights, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and brand loyalty through enticing and personalized email marketing.
• Content Creation: Leverage existing content to craft compelling messages that resonate with our customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within the health or wellness industry.
