Estimator | Residential & Commercial Construction (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Part‑Time Estimator (2–3 days per week) to support our growing workload across bespoke, high‑end residential and commercial projects. If you’re reliable, detail‑focused, and take pride in producing accurate, high‑quality work, you’ll fit right in here.

About the Role

Working closely with our Director and Estimators, you’ll support the estimating and tendering process from start to finish.

You will:

• Prepare cost estimates and take‑offs from plans

• Measure quantities from drawings and specifications

• Request and review supplier and subcontractor pricing

• Prepare pricing schedules, budgets, and cost summaries

• Maintain estimating spreadsheets and project records

• Ensure estimates are accurate, detailed, and completed on time

About You

You’re organised, accurate, and enjoy working with numbers. You take pride in detailed work and contribute positively to a team environment.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction

• Experience with bespoke or custom projects

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

• Strong Excel and computer skills

• Good communication and organisational skills

• A positive, team‑first attitude and strong personal values
