Job Description - Finance Administrator

Bay Venues …. Haven’t heard of us? Not to worry; I bet you have heard of some of the venues we own or operate – the iconic Mount Hot Pools, Baywave, or Mercury Baypark to name a few. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to manage Accounts Receivable & provide support across a variety of areas in our Finance team, with the opportunity for growth in the role.



About the Role:


Support the core functions of the finance team & manage Accounts Receivable.



  • Manage Accounts Receivable including processing invoices, debt recovery & allocating receivable payments

  • Assist with processing creditor invoices and generating pay runs

  • Back-up for Accounts Payable & Revenue & Fraud Investigation Officer.

  • Administration support



About You:



  • Experience working in Finance/Administration

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable

  • Proven understanding of financial processes

  • Proven computer literacy in Financial systems & Microsoft Office Applications

  • Pro-active & looks for opportunities to assist others

  • Level headed and methodical when working to deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Process focused

  • High attention to detail

  • Can work independently and prioritise to achieve tasks

  • Excellent communication skills
