Job Description - Front Desk Coordinator - With Great Benefits - Part-Time

We are hiring a motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our productive team at Fertco 2016 Ltd in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty.

Reports To: Operations Manager

Part-time, 20 hours per week (7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic factory environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all incoming communications and deliveries, providing essential support to our operations. This role requires organizational skills, computer literacy, and a willingness to assist on the factory floor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Outbound phone calls to organize logistics.

Enter and process orders accurately using our computer systems.

Greet and assist truck drivers for deliveries and shipments.

Coordinate and manage the flow of trucks in and out of the facility.

Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and factory staff.

Assist factory floor staff during downtime as required.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Adhoc health and safety administration.

 

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.

Strong computer literacy, including competency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Previous factory floor experience is a plus.

Friendly and professional demeanor.
