Baseball New Zealand is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Game Development & Operations Coordinator to work in a community-focused role, supporting the growth of baseball across NZ in achieving this, the Game Development & Operations Coordinator is pivotal to, supporting the development of the game and capability, promoting and facilitating great baseball experiences across the game. As an integral member of the Baseball NZ team, you will provide operational support, working closely with our baseball communities, baseball clubs, and regional associations nationwide
Baseball experience is not a necessity, if you have experience and knowledge in the sports sector your transferrable skills can be applied to baseball here in NZ. We are seeking an individual who has; excellent communication skills, is a highly motivated self-starter, applies a professional approach, a love of all things sport, and has the right balance of experience in developing sporting communities at the club and regional level, sport development and capability plus sporting operations. This role will join our Baseball NZ team in a part-time capacity and work closely both internally and with our Regional Associations and Clubs throughout NZ.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experiences in:

This part-time 20 hours per week (0.5FTE), position with flexible working environment, will be diverse and gratifying, as part of Baseball New Zealand’s dynamic team, plus be connected across our Regional Associations and Club communities.
