As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant to manage the day-to-day marketing and graphic design tasks for Viewtech Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and marketing, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Mailchimp, and various social media platforms. The role may also include cross training within other day to day roles within the business.

We would love to here from people interested in part or full time work and we can be very flexible around working hours for this role.  We are also very interested in finding a strong team player that may like to get involved in other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital graphics.
• Create visually appealing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring effective communication with our customer base.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Maintain and update the company’s website with new graphics, product images, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create visually compelling presentations and proposals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into marketing efforts.
