We are seeking to appoint a Group Services Co-Ordinator in the School of Medicine to provide administration support to one or more academic heads, that will assist them to manage their schools/departments and all activities involved in research, teaching and external engagement and development. This role will also assist school staff and students with academic and staff processes.

This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week), permanent opportunity.

The salary range for this role is $63,600 - $79,300 per annum pro-rated, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a self-motivated person who has the ability to work individually and well as part of a team. You will have strong planning and organisational skills which will enable you to support staff and students efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will also have:

• Over 5-years administration experience in a fast-paced organisation
• Preferably worked in a University and/or Health environment would be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail, and Stakeholder Engagement
