Hospitality Technician and Event Co-Ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a permanent part time Hospitality Technician and Event Co-Ordinator.

Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a current roll of 2000 students.  Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love/aroha, heartened by faith/whakapono in Jesus Christ, and motivated by gospel hope/tumanako.

About the job

This role is a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible work pattern and plays a key part in creating memorable experiences and fostering a welcoming environment for our staff and wider school community. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with HR and the Executive Assistants to co-ordinate School-wide events and staff encouragement initiatives


• Organising our annual Alumni event


• Managing our events cupboard


• Providing administrative support to and ordering supplies for the Food Technology Department
  


• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and inviting Senior Campus Staffroom
