Hotel Reception - Part-Time

The Quality Inn Napier is searching for a new team member. 

We are a small wonderful supportive team who are looking for a new addition!

You will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience from the point of reservation to departure by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will have:

A friendly and welcoming approach.

Patience and tact. 

Great personal presentation. 

Confidence & ability to work autonomously and unsupervised. 

The ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often managing multiple tasks. 

Confidence in dealing with guest queries.

Must have good computer skills.

This is a part time role working approx. 25 - 27 hours per week on a rostered basis. Mainly evenings, example: 2.30pm - 9.30pm. This will include weekends and public holidays. 

Experience will be an advantage however you will be fully trained.
