• Create a welcoming haven by cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming guest rooms to the highest Accor standards

• Refresh each stay with crisp linen, plush towels, and replenished amenities for total guest comfort

• Safeguard guest spaces by maintaining room security at all times

• Bring the Novotel brand to life by resetting rooms with care, precision, and style

• Deliver heartfelt service by responding to guest requests promptly and politely

• Take ownership of your work by inspecting and confidently releasing your own rooms for guest arrival

You will be:

• Experienced in cleaning, with previous experience preferred

• Well-groomed with exceptional presentation standards

• Friendly, helpful, and maintain a positive attitude

• Available to work a 7-day rotational roster, with shifts starting from 5am or 1pm

• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking

• Confident in inspecting and releasing your own rooms
