International Recruitment Consultant - Part-Time

Do you love the feeling of placing candidates and servicing existing clients but not such a fan of new business development? Are you looking to work on large, existing job orders?

Due to growth within our portfolio of Australian clients, we are on the look out for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has excellent candidate and account management experience.

Our clients include Blue Chip and Tier 2 Australian companies within the mining, construction, transport, utilities and manufacturing sectors. The majority of our job orders are for “blue collar” workers based predominantly in Queensland and New South Wales.  Due to huge local labour shortages in Australia, our clients are relying on us to source candidates from New Zealand and around the world.  We have New Zealand’s largest team of Immigration Advisors in house which makes our offering unique.

About the role:

• You will be working with existing clients whom we have multiple job orders with
• Screening candidates via our international and local channels
• Interviewing and reference checking candidates
• Making recommendations for interview to our clients and coordinating client interviews with the assistance of our account manager
• Facilitating the job-offer process
• Working closely with our Immigration Team (we will provide the necessary training to ensure that you are aware of the Immigration Requirements for each role if applicable)
• International candidate management of candidates often over a 6 month period whilst their Visa is secured.
• Flexibility for the right applicant.  Offering 30 hours pro-rata or 40 hours per week, with Work from Home options.  

About you:

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience
• Experience working with “blue collar”/trade candidates and clients
• Excellent organisation skills
• Comfortable writing candidates reports and liaising via the telephone
• Enjoy interviewing and working with existing clients
• Looking to join a fun, energetic, fast paced team
