About the Role

- Support our investment adviser by assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Take proactive steps to support existing clients and cultivate new business opportunities, including client onboarding and maintaining client records.
- Prepare initial drafts of advisory documentation, such as investment plans and Statements of Advice, ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Process client transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage all email and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Oversee compliance assurance efforts to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Utilise various software applications including CRM and investment platforms to manage client data and transactions.
- Coordinate and manage various client events.
- Liaising with auditors and external providers
About You
- Ideally, you have experience in a similar role or possess strong client service or relationship management skills in investment planning, wealth management, or banking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality advice.
- Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in formulating wealth and investment advice documents.
- Familiarity with investment administration platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and financial advice compliance requirements.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance protocols.
- Enthusiastic about learning and finding solutions to challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Exceptional computer literacy and data entry skills, with an ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred, and completion or pursuit of Level 5 in financial services is advantageous.
