This part-time role will see you visiting key customers in the DIY/trade merchant sector, as well as generating reports and relevant sales support tasks. If you're looking for a role where you can use a variety of your skills, this could well be it!
About the role:
Provide support to the Sales Manager - Key Accounts, to ensure that customers are provided with exceptional service at all times
Visit key account customers on a regular basis to ensure merchandising plans are adhered to - liaising with key store staff to communicate any issues (a company pool car is provided for these visits)
Prepare sales and stock reports using Excel spreadsheets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of key account functions
General sales support tasks as required
About you:
You are searching for your opportunity to join a business which can offer ongoing opportunities for advancement. Whilst this role is initially 20 hours per week, there is the potential for it to develop into more for the right person
You have a dynamic, outgoing and engaging personality - you love to deal with customers, ensuring their satisfaction at all times
You have the confidence and desire to get out on the road visiting customers
You have intermediate Excel skills (this is essential) - including knowledge of Pivot tables and VLOOKUP - along with basic Powerpoint skills for updating of training manuals
You enjoy working autonomously as well as a key part of the team
You have a full clean New Zealand drivers licence

This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week. The 20 hours can be split to suit our successful candidate (ie: start/finish times, days etc to be agreed upon offer). This outstanding employer will reward you with a competitive hourly rate.
