We’re looking for a Laundry Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team. This is a hands-on role with real purpose, perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a caring community.

About the role

As a Laundry Assistant, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in the daily life of our residents by:

• Washing, drying, folding, and distributing residents’ clothing and facility linen


• Ensuring laundry areas are kept clean, organised, and safe


• Following hygiene, infection control, and safety procedures


• Working closely with colleagues to support smooth daily operations

Hours of work

• Wednesday: 7.00am – 3.00pm


• Thursday: 8.30am – 3.00pm

What we’re looking for

• A reliable, positive team player with a strong work ethic


• Someone who takes pride in doing a job well, even when it’s busy


• Good attention to detail and time management


• Previous laundry or aged care experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training is provided
