Job Description - Marketing Assistant - Auckland - Urgent Hire - Part-Time

We are searching for a hardworking Marketing Assistant - Auckland to join our vibrant team at Gro Clinics Australia in Newmarket, Auckland.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing all-rounder to join our team in our Auckland Clinic.

This part-time hybrid role will involve various marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, market analysis, and serve as a vital link between our New Zealand and Australian teams. The successful candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and possess an understanding of the marketing landscape in New Zealand.

You will be required to be on-site at our Newmarket clinic at least 1 day a week to facilitate content creation to help Gro establish authentic connections with clients across New Zealand.

You’ll work closely with our Australian marketing team and those working in the clinic to create visually attractive content across multiple platforms. You'll also collaborate with influencers and facilitate user-generated content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Photography:

Coordinate and take before-and-after photos of clients to showcase our services.

Ensure high-quality images that meet brand standards.

2. Content Creation:

Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms.

Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.

Deliver weekly marketing emails for our subscriber list.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

Regularly monitor Meta and Google Analytics to track the performance of our online campaigns.

Provide weekly reports on key metrics.

Analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

4. Market Research:

Stay up to date with the New Zealand market, including relevant rules and regulations.

5. Content Localisation:

Work closely with the Australian marketing team to adapt our Australian content for the New Zealand Market

Ensure all content is culturally relevant and compliant with local standards

6. Cross-Team Collaboration:

Act as the link between the New Zealand and Australian teams.

Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with Meta and Google Analytics.
  • Strong photography skills and a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
