Marketing Assistant - Financial Services - Part-Time

We’re on the search for a well organised and creative Marketing Assistant to join our business, who will be responsible for social media content curation, planning and campaigns, website & App management, promotions, CRM and the loyalty programme. Looking for a bright, engaged self-starter who isn’t afraid to jump in feet first, embrace new technology, and represent our brands with passion and humour.

Role aspects include, but not limited to: 

• Scheduling, managing and assisting with Social Media content and campaigns, liaising with designers and influencers to curate on brand content
• CRM & loyalty programme management through the deployment of segmented App offers, EDM and push notifications.  
• Website management (copywriting, content management, online ordering)
• Reporting Social Media campaign analytics and input into monthly Marketing Reports with campaign results and promotional data.  

You will have the following skill set:

• Marketing qualification or business degree 
• At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a marketing or advertising role
• Confidence in creating Instagram and Tik Tok content
• Experience planning and implementing paid digital campaigns, SEO, SEM and Google Ads
• Must have experience with programs such as; Mailchimp, Canva, Squarespace, Meta Business Suite, Social Media planning tools e.g. Airtable, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office
• Supreme copywriting skills, with a high level of English and on brand
• Accurate and strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• A positive frame of mind, great sense of initiative and willing to input
• Great work ethic and efficiency
• Self-motivated and a mutli-tasker
