Marketing Coordinator - Excellent Benefits Package - Part-Time

A mid-level marketing position supporting Vinnies achieve a consistent brand voice, overseeing our channels and collateral and providing marketing and communication support for our retail operations.

We are looking for an amazing Marketing Support Coordinator.

To join our team, applicants need to:

• Excellent attitude and willingness to work within a team.
• Marketing qualification and/or 1 -2 years marketing experience.
• Good written and oral skills with high attention to detail and proof reading, understand the tone and manner and our various content.
• A sound understanding of social media channels.
• Ideally have some design knowledge and use of design software. Or as a minimum have a good eye for design and enjoy the creative aspect of writing and design.
• Be experienced with social media marketing management, including, reporting and analysis, designing, and creating posts, photography/videography to create content.
• Have good IT skills; MS Office suite, ideally design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva and use content management systems (CMS) for WordPress or similar.
• We are a non for profits organisation with a drive to reduce costs and ensure maximum resources are distributed to the cause. As a result, the incumbent will be someone who can be part of a team and have the willingness to pitch in, be flexible and think creatively to solve resource and budget challenges.

What you will be doing:

• Representing the voice of the Saint Vincent de Paul (SVDP) brand.  
• Developing collateral and providing retail and brand support to the SVDP retail operation. 
• Manage the website and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, and others).
• Marketing activities, including promotions, digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and SEM. 
• Manage Suppliers.
• Coordinate and plan promotions and community events.

What we offer you: 

• Competitive salary - Circa $65,000 Full Time Equivalent, pro rata for part time
