We are looking for a professional Receptionist/Administrator.
The position is 30 hours per week plus extra relief work to cover for leave as required. Front facing reception and customer service experience are a must.
Duties include but are not limited to:-
• Answering of phones
• Booking Appointments
• Invoicing and banking
• Data entry/scanning
• General administrative duties.
Successful applicant will need to be computer literate, reliable, able to multi task with a kind and positive can-do attitude. A high level of accuracy with attention to detail is essential.
Hours:- Monday to Friday - 6 hours per day 8am and 2.30pm. (includes a 30min unpaid lunch break)
