Medical Receptionist General Practice - Get Hired Fast - Part-Time

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME

We are a dynamic GP practice, committed to providing high quality healthcare to our patients.

We are seeking a talented team player to join our close knit team.  You will work closely with our team of doctors, nurses, and administrators to provide the highest quality care to our patients.

This is a part-time role, 12-18 hours per week over three days, Monday/Wednesday and another day by negotiation, with the ability to provide cover for sick or annual leave where possible.     

We only work normal business hours of 9am to 5pm - so no weekends or late nights. 

Your duties would include:

• Welcoming and checking in patients, taking payments, making bookings, taking phone calls
• Assisting with patient queries
• Supporting the doctors, nurses and admin team as required

 We are looking for the following skills and attributes:

• A minimum of two years previous experience in a reception role in a GP or Accident and Medical Clinic.
• A good working knowledge of Medtech32 general practice PMS system along with proficient computer skills
• Consistently accurate and a quick learner
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Empathy towards patients
• Ability to work collaboratively within a busy work environment.

You must be eligible to work in NZ.
