Motel Receptionist And Housekeeper Dual Role - Urgent Position - Part-Time

A Part Time Dual Role for Motel Receptionist and Housekeeper at the 

Fairway Motel and Apartments Wanaka NZ.

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Motel receptionist and experienced housekeeper. 

the successful candidate will be the first Point of contact for our Guests you will be crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and create a positive impression of The Motel.

You must be experienced in housekeeping of commercial premises and have a high standard of cleaning and possess a natural ability for having attention to detail to ensure all guests rooms and outside areas are cleaned to a high standard.

Skill Level: NZ Level 2-3 qualification in Hotel Service Management or at least 1-2 years relevant Motel Hotel receptionist experience and demonstrate previous experience in front line reception work. You must have at least 1 year commercial housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities: 

Cleaning of Motel rooms and interior and exterior buildings.

Managing and supervising Housekeeping staff in a calm and professional way.

Report to owners re maintenance issues or guest and staff concerns.

Ability to work alone or in a team, we are a small team and we try to help each other out.

Strong organisational skills and an attention to detail  with guests experience being a positive journey from check in to check out.
