This role will be responsible for:
- General office management for two locations (Wellington and Auckland), coordination of day-to-day office tasks including ordering supplies, and managing and tracking IT equipment.
- Finance and project administration: tasks such as setting up purchase orders, liaising between the finance team and vendors to resolve queries, company credit card tracking, new vendor set ups, ordering and dispatch of incentives, and monitoring invoices.
- People and event management; contributing to HR activities including onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement initiatives and assisting with both internal and external events including venue and accommodation booking, flights and travel.
- IT Liaison: You will be the point of escalation between the employees and IT services to ensure quick and effective resolution.
- Qualitative team support: You will carry out a range of tasks including ordering incentives, preparing fieldwork stimulus materials, and booking venues.
Given the requirements of this role, you will:
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in an office administration role
- Be a workplace champion of culture and wellbeing
- Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong experience across the Microsoft office suite
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Have strong stakeholder management experience.
