Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting our staff members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too-
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and ordering supplies, as necessary.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate office events and activities, such as team meetings, lunch, and celebrations.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, troubleshooting issues and arranging for repairs as needed.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, working with our colleagues overseas.
- Uphold office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standard
- Maintain office supplies and look after all office related jobs
- Looking after all Staff product orders and sales.
- Supervising office security and safety measures
- Assisting with supporting the Brand Director on a day-to-day basis
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing shipment logistics.
- General HR administration.
- Health and Safety management, ensure all safety standards are met, including first aid certificates are kept valid
- Handling any other tasks as they arise on a day-to-day basis
- Assisting the Brand Director with his calender, and planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external staff at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Some flexibility as evening meetings may be required with our overseas colleagues
