We are looking for an energetic, motivated and organised person to join our team in Rotorua providing great back office and administrative support to the team. Smart Environmental is a 100% New Zealand-owned company and we are excited to make available this role and bring in new talent to join our dynamic team.

Role Details:
• Type: Permanent, Part-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 25 hours per week.
• Location: Rotorua
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Area Manager
• Support/monitor team processes and needs.
• Action business functions such as purchasing, banking, process monthly invoices among other business needs.
• Participate and help drive Health & Safety initiatives and processes.
• Engaging with customers and internal staff.
• Contribute to our team culture and help ensure our commitments are being met or exceeded.
What are we looking for?
• Comfortable working online from PC/Laptop.
• Strong skills in Office 365 Suite (familiar with word, excel and outlook).
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team.
• Having good workplace initiative and ability to follow policies and procedures including documenting our compliance.
• Open to learning and not afraid to express new ideas.
