About us
Kidz Need Dadz' mission is to help New Zealand men be the best fathers they can be. Through education and support we help dads to play an active part in their children's lives. As well as supporting fathers, we educate the broader community about the need for dads to be involved with their children.
We can help with parenting, relationship separation, assistance with legal guidance and mentoring, information on health and wellbeing services for men, and events for dads (and families) to meet up.
Qualifications & experience
- 2+ years experience in an NGO/Charity organisation
2+ years experience with financial administration
2+ years experience with funding applications, managing grants, sponsorships and donations
- Excellent understanding of team dynamics and encouraging positive relationships
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
Effective planning, decision making and problem solving skills
Accurate recordkeeping and report writing skills
Excellent time management and scheduling skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the administration function of Kidz Need Dadz including:
- Financial Administration (payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgets)
- Funding (applications, accountabilities, reporting)
- Health and Safety
- Event Management
- Marketing and Communications
