We're searching for the “right hand” man or woman to partner with our founder and director to get things done. 

 

Think of this role as an office management, PA hybrid position. This role is part-time for 16 hours per week.

 

Our existing rock-star is advancing her own career in a new position within the company. 

 

That means we're looking for someone to come on and work closely with our management team and founder to run…

  • Diary & Calendar Management
  • Email management
  • Note typing and minute taking
  • There will be event planning involved, so bonus if this is your niche!
  • Project Management & reporting to management team
  • Personal/Business Travel 
  • Budget Reporting 
  • Team Community Management 
  • Confidentiality is a must within certain areas of role
  • Bonus if you have experience with platforms like Stripe, Xero, Google docs/sheets/slides.
  • Double bonus if you are super tech savvy!
