We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to the Financial Controller of the company, who is currently responsible for all cash in and outflow duties within multiple organisations both in New Zealand and Australia.
The ideal candidate should initially be available for two days of work per week. There will be opportunities to expand the role and take on additional responsibilities as you gain confidence and learn to adapt to our rapidly growing environment. You should also enjoy problem-solving, have a keen attention to detail, and possess strong multi-tasking skills.
Primary responsibilities and tasks will be:
A willingness to work and learn on the job is key; you will be working directly alongside the Financial Controller with plenty of hands-on training to be provided. You will have strong computer skills. Experience with Xero is preferred but not required.
