Part-Time Medical Receptionist

We require a part time receptionist who is available to work shift work btween 8am and 8pm including rostered weekends.  This role is 20-32 hours per week.

This role is pivotal in the medical centre environment, and the successful candidate is responsible for delivering a first class, front line reception service. The position would suit a candidate wishing to return to the work force and work part-time hours.We would love to hear from candidates with medical reception experience,however will consider all applicants.

What will you need?

• Proven reception skills and processes in a primary health environment
• Experience with patient management systems including Medtech Evolution, coupled with a high degree of computer literacy preferred
• Top-notch customer service and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced enviroment
• Flexibility and desire to go the extra mile, coupled with a great sense of humour
• Ability to work in a close knit team
