Job Description - Part-time Office Administrator

The Diamond Group is a Hawke’s Bay locally owned and operated business, located in Whakatu.  A vacancy has arisen within our fast growing company for a part time role that offers great variety for someone that is well organised, with the ability to multi-task.  We are looking for a part-time office administrator for a minimum of 25 hours per week- Monday to Friday, who is flexible and adaptable to support our administration team.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Previous knowledge of Xero is desired but not essential
  • General Office Duties
  • Positive personality with can-do attitude and ability to be flexible around work hours
  • The ability to work extra hours as and when required
  • Strong attention to detail with great organisational skills
  • Be a team player
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
