Part-Time Order Entry and Warehouse Dispatch (Sole Charge) - Hiring Urgently

We are a young and growing medical supplies company based on Rosebank Road, West Auckland, dedicated to providing exceptional service. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Part-Time Order Entry and Warehouse Dispatch role. This role will suit you if you are happy working on your own, are organized, detail-oriented, and like to follow process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently enter customer orders into the system
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of all customer orders before 4pm each day
• Respond to and manage any customer enquiries with regards to deliveries
• Handle any other warehouse related tasks as assigned
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in order entry and warehouse dispatch is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and with the owner operator
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving boxes
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems

Working Hours: This role is part-time, with working hours from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The hours required may change over time based on business needs.
