Part-Time Stylist Kate Sylvester Christchurch & Merivale - Growth-Minded Organization

We are looking for both a Part-Time Stylist (9hrs pw) and a Casual Stylist to join our Kate Sylvester team in Christchurch and Merivale. Our team works across the two store locations, lead by our Southern Retail Manager.

Kate Sylvester is a leader in the New Zealand fashion landscape, celebrating over 30 years in business.
Our clothing designs are intelligent and considered, honouring the makers and community who bring the garments to life.
We are mindful in our approach to people, the environment and local community – proudly certified net carbonzero since 2021.

Available Shifts:
Christchurch - Monday - 11am - 4pm
Merivale -  Saturday - 11am - 4pm
Total Hours: 9

Key Accountabilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, encouraging return clientele
- Reaching store targets through delivering the KS Experience
- Maintaining KS standards of store, product and personal presentation

Key Skills:
- Commitment to supporting sales through customer service and product knowledge
- Strong communication skills with team and customers
- Experience building relationships
- Proactive mindset and solutions focused
- Flexibility to work sole charge when needed
