People And Culture Advisor (20 Hours Per Week, Flexible Days) - Part-Time

Edison is growing and we are looking for a part-time People and Culture professional to join our friendly team. The position is 20 hours a week (flexible) and may be based in Tauranga or Auckland.

As a People and Culture professionally you will naturally build and manage effective relationships.  Ideally, you’ll have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience working within People and Culture environments
• Knowledge of NZ employment legislation
• A passion for recruitment
• Excellent level of computer literacy 
• The ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands
• Initiative and be an effective problem solver
• Good judgment and a pragmatic approach
