We’re looking for an established People and Culture Coordinator to join our busy and collaborative team, working with two other Coordinators and two Advisors to foster an inclusive work and volunteer environment. Our People and Culture team embraces a dual-world view in our approach, delivering people programmes, and supporting the MOTAT Team to be successful in their roles.
Reporting to the Head of People, Culture, and Wellbeing, this role provides a high level of support and assistance to the People and Culture team and the wider team, ensuring the accurate preparation and efficient coordination of a broad range of HR and DEI-related activities and processes. Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, engagement surveys, team events, through to straight forward employment relations will be a fundamental part of this role.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will need to:
A Human Resources degree (or similar) would be beneficial, but not required.
This is a 12-month, fixed term, part-time role, Monday to Thursday, 6 hrs per day.
