Job Description - Personal Assistant Office Support - Part-Time

The Professional Builder is seeking an experienced PA/Office Administrator to join our high-performing team in Britomart, Auckland CBD. This is a fantastic role for someone with exceptional organizational skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Location: Britomart, Auckland CBD
  • Work Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays in the office, the rest WFH
  • Hours: 16-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase

Our current A-Player is advancing her career within the company, opening up this amazing opportunity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Calendar Management
  • Email Management
  • Note Typing and Minute Taking
  • Project Management & Reporting to Management Team
  • Personal/Business Travel Arrangements
  • Budget Reporting
  • Team Community Management
  • Maintain Confidentiality in certain areas of the role
  • Bonus: Experience with platforms like Stripe, Xero, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides

  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Comes with recommendations and potential solutions when challenges arise.
  • Coachable Mentality: Takes feedback onboard, grows, and maintains high standards in a fast-paced role.
  • Vision of the Future: Understands the importance of executing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities for the Founder and plans accordingly.
  • Preloaded Solutions: Experienced in this role and familiar with the business owner mentality, tasks, and expectations.
