Bayleys has an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to work alongside a well-established high achieving agent. This agent has a successful history of sales, extensive industry knowledge and is looking for a well-rounded PA to work alongside them.
Multitasking, attention to detail, client care and initiative are a must. In assisting the agent, you will do the following:
• Diary and management of client communications
• Database management
• Administrative Support
• Coordinating the process around property appraisals, listings, preparing the property for market, marketing the property and through to sale.
• Coordinating social media and agent marketing
Apart of this role is administrating marketing so creativity will be an advantage in this role. Strong computer skills and time management is essential. Experience in real estate is not essential. This role is 10 - 15 hours per week with flexibility around days and start/finish times. We welcome any questions around this role and look forward to hearing from you if this role is of interest.
