Te tūranga / The role 

The Honohono Tātou Katoa (HTK) rōpū is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of initiatives which foster creating compassionate communities and advancing public health palliative care approaches.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the HTK team, including facilitating meetings, managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement, monitor, and evaluate project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the coordination of stakeholder engagement activities, including communication with partners and community members.
  • Support the development and dissemination of project materials, including reports, presentations, and promotional materials.

 

Ngā pūkenga e hiahiatia / Skills you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Demonstrated ability to creating compelling presentations, adapting content to suit diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for and understanding of the principles of compassionate communities and the public health palliative care approach.
  • Great team working and a sense of humour.
