Job Description - Property Management Support - Part-Time

We are seeking a Part-Time Property Manager Support with 1-2 years of experience or a strong administrative background, who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our team's success.

You will play a crucial role in our organization, working alongside our BDM to assist with viewings, inspections, application processing, and general administrative tasks. Your dedication and hard work will be key to getting the job done effectively.

Key Role Details:

  • Base salary package with opportunities for growth to full-time & more responsibility as our company expands
  • Maintain excellent communication with tenants and owners through phone and email
  • Responsible for also conducting viewings as required and inspections
  • Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolutions

  • A company car is not provided, however, mileage is paid for and reimbursed weekly. 

The Ideal Candidate: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • With a minimum of 1-year experience in Property Management, we want you to grow into the role and with us as an organisation OR Level 4, NZ Certificate in Property Management preferred.
  • Well-versed in the Residential Tenancy Act and recent Amendment Act 2020, preferred
  • Reliable transportation 
  • An energetic and proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and drive
  • Familiarity with Tapi, Palace, VaultRE, Tenancy Portal, Property Smarts, Property Guru, RENIZ
