Hours of Work: Zero Hour Contract (additional information in the 'about the role' section)We are looking for a Sales Assistant/Viewing Agent to support our busy Glasgow West End Sales team.
 
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll support the team in the office with all administrative and systems-based tasks along the sales journey. You’ll be process-driven, and also show confidence in interacting with clients in person, over the phone and via email.  

When carrying out viewings, you’ll show potential buyers around properties and provide viewing feedback to the team.  You’ll take the time to ascertain the individual needs of all the prospective buyers, ensuring they are provided with detailed information on the property.  You’ll be highly organised, a good communicator, and good at time management.

This role would suit someone looking for a flexible work schedule.  You’d be employed on a zero hour contract. The hours of work would flex up or down depending on business needs and your availability, but generally, you’d expect to be offered one weekend per month and the opportunity to cover holidays throughout the week.

• Good knowledge of Glasgow
