About us

We are great business that has been manufacturing dumplings , XLB and steam buns for 13 years . We sell our products through national retailers , asian grocers , restaurants and also food service throughout the country. The business has a strong Chinese heritage and recently has new owners who are wanting to step change the business.

Qualifications & experience

Ideally experience in food manufacturing Food science degree or similar Mandarin speaking an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

Writing and updating our food control plan
>Maintain compliance with MPI regulator
>Facilitating audits internal and external
>Ensure all raw materials are within specification
>Training staff on the food control plan processes and their responsibilities
>Assistance with new product launches
>Ensuring all records are kept up date
Ensuring all finished goods are within specification
