Do you want to join a dynamic, Innovative team in the emergency department at Whakatāne hospital? If you have the enthusiasm for providing emergency nursing care in a well-supported environment, then this could be the place for you!
We have permanent part-time and full-time positions available as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency department, working across Monday to Sunday based at Whakatāne Hospital.
You will join a highly skilled, and supportive team who manage the unique variety of emergency situations presenting at our provincial hospital. This is an exciting environment in which to develop excellence in emergency nursing assessment and planning skills, with support of the emergency department staff.
Our nursing team consists of nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, an emergency department educator, and clinical coaches. In addition to the nursing support, we work closely alongside a team of senior and junior medical staff.
