We're on the lookout for a vibrant and motivated Sales Rep/Customer Service Officer to join our team and represent the cutting-edge XGIMI brand in our first showroom in Aotearoa. You'll have the exciting opportunity to showcase our state-of-the-art XGIMI projectors, helping customers unlock the full potential of their entertainment experiences.

A little bit about the role…
What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, providing product demonstrations and answering inquiries about XGIMI products and services.
• Provide personalized product demonstrations and recommendations tailored to each customer's needs.
• Drive sales and exceed targets by effectively communicating the benefits and features of XGIMI products.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information to address their needs.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Assist managers to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  Stay up-to-date on the latest XGIMI innovations and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles is preferred.
