Sales Support

Summit Steel and Wire is a well-established and highly successful manufacturer and distributor  of trade quality reinforcing, steel and wire products for use in the rural and construction sectors.

The role
This part time role (20 hours a week with flexible working hours)  is based at our Auckland Head Office, and serves as the ultimate team player for our Sales team. With the common goal of growing and expanding business opportunities you'll assist with sales reporting, maintaining customer records and proposals, calendar management, and other sales support tasks. 

Key responsibilities include

• Delivering high standards of professional sales support and customer service at all times
• Proactive management of our key customers
• Resolving escalated queries 
• Building strong partnerships with our customers' businesses

• Proven success in providing outstanding sales support and customer service.
• A genuine warmth and willingness to put your team first.
• Demonstrable data entry and reporting experience
• Competency with MS Office Suite
