Who we are looking for

We need a dynamic and experienced go-getter to manage key clients and grow our existing client base.  The ideal candidate will offer strategic marketing, advertising and branding knowledge along with influential business development skills. You will be able to actively and confidently engage with and add value to our clients and their businesses. 

Fundamental to your success, will be your excellent interpersonal skills, project management and a can-do attitude. You will have proven agency account management skills at a senior level, and will enjoy meeting and exceeding sales targets. 

Our environment is very fast paced, therefore you need to be someone who can hit the ground running. We seek a team player with an upbeat, friendly attitude who is able to manage the ebbs, flows and increased workloads and commitments is essential for this role. 

Additional to the core account management function is the role of Agency Producer. Leading the agency to produce creative that is true to concept, from conception to final result.  

Note: Although desired, experience as a producer is not a pre-requisite to be considered for this maternity cover position. The number of part time working days per week are negotiable and will be determined on a case by case basis.
